Cluny Tapestry Red Silk Tie

This silk tie is inspired by the famous medieval tapestries known as The Lady and the Unicorn, housed at the Musée de Cluny in Paris. Woven around 1500, the six tapestries are considered among the greatest surviving works of medieval European art. The design draws from the rich floral backgrounds and decorative details found throughout the series.
