About the Artist:
Kirsten Nangala Egan, born in 1989 in Yuendumu, Northern Territory Australia, paints her family’s Dreamings, including Emu, Fire Country, Flying Ant, and Water Dreamings. Passed down from her mother Madeleine Napangardi Dixon and grandmother Jeannie Nungarrayi Egan, her art reflects the land and its life.
