Wholesale Policies

Thank you for your interest in IMA Wholesale.  Proceeds from all merchandise sold through the IMA stores benefit the operations of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. 

New Accounts:
Minimum initial order:  $250
Minimum reorder:  $100

In order to set up your account and view IMA Wholesale prices, we require the following:

• New Wholesale Accounts Form
• Company Letterhead and Business Card

 

All initial orders must be pre-paid.  Please see our Wholesale Credit Application for future orders.

Establishing Open Accounts:
To establish a new open account, please complete the Wholesale Credit Application.  Open account terms are net 30 days on approved accounts.  1 ½% interest will be charged on all balances over 30 days.  On time payments are required to maintain credit terms. 

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check or Money Order.  We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:
FOB Indianapolis, IN, plus freight and handling charges.  Orders will be shipped via UPS within five business days of receipt.  You will be notified of any shipping delays.  All duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Claims:
Freight claims must be filed with the delivering carrier on merchandise damaged in transit.  Claims for shortages or damages must be filed within five days of receipt of goods.

Returns:
All sales are final.  No returns are accepted without authorization from IMA Wholesale.  Returns are only accepted on defective or damaged merchandise. 

International Orders:
All transactions are in US dollars and must be pre-paid.
