Shipping

•	Shipping and Handling rates are based on the total dollar value of the order, for each address shipped.
•	Standard Shipping is available on in-stock orders within the continental United States. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery or most in stock merchandise. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. You will be notified of any shipping delays.
•	Orders will be shipped via UPS.
•	Express Shipping is available on most items for an additional $12.00 per shipping address. In-stock merchandise ordered Monday-Thursday by noon ET will be delivered in three business days. Express orders placed after noon ET on Thursday and Express orders placed Friday through Sunday may take 1-2 additional business days to arrive.
•	Restrictions - currently we do not ship to the following.
	° Countries outside of the United States
	° P.O. Boxes
	° APO or FPO boxes
•	Shipping Charges

*Express shipping options incur a $12.00 shipping surcharge. Express shipping is not available for drop-shipped merchandise or furniture. As always, all shipping charges are calculated after discounts and before sales tax.

Sales Tax

Appropriate state sales tax will be added to all orders which ship to an address in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin. We are unable to process tax exempt orders on the Website.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 60 days for an exchange, a credit towards another purchase or a refund. Please note that the item returned must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately. •	All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by the IMA before shipping any product to our offices. To receive a return authorization number, please call the Customer Service Department at 1-866-396-2826 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
•	Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.
